A troubling quote that I missed until now from Google founder Larry Page in discussing the company's institutionalized, IQ-fixated, credential-loving approach to hiring:I'm certain that the company would not hire Sergey or I at this point, which is probably a great achievement.
There you have it, straight from the top. Google is officially a mindless bureacracy.
