Great Interview Advice
Just found this post on discussing mistakes in a interview:
I don't want to hire people who don't know how to learn from their mistakes -- they're doomed to repeat them. And if I'm willing to coach a potential hire, I don't want to restrict my search to only people who already know how to learn. They probably don't know all the ways they don't learn :-)
That's great advice and seems like a good way to suss out those folks who, like Heather below, have learned that feedback and mistakes are the best ways to make your first day at work the day on which you were least talented. (If that sounds funny, think about it, you should always be getting better.)
