Your New Homepage
You've likely noticed my fanatic curiosity withWikipedia, the free encyclopedia.
It's been my homepage for about 3 months now and I'd recommend it. Instead of stock prices and the latest meaningless headlines from AP & Reuters (remember, journalists are paid, ultimately, to sell papers, not the truth -- so why devote so much of your time to the Attention-Getting industry?) you get an interesting new article everyday, a few compelling and relevant historical anniversaries, and immediate access to the planet's (and history's) learnings.
I find each morning leads of on a romp (today was Attila the Hun -> Huns -> Shang Dynasty -> Chinese Characters -> Radical -> well, you get the idea....
