Seems like a sensible proposition:
I am an engineer. Do you ever see me shaking down bums in the Loin for a calculator and sliderule? No, you don't. Because engineering is the main thing I do, I went and bought myself a calculator. The main thing you do is crack. How do you get by without a crackpipe? The other crackheads must clown on you non-stop. I mean, the fucking saw you used to saw off my sparkplugs is probably worth five or ten bucks. Why not sell or trade it for a crackpipe? You really haven't put much thought into this, have you?
A man with pride would own the tools necessary for his trade.

eBay item 4146756343 (Ends Apr-28-04 15:37:01 PDT) - SIZE 12 WEDDING DRESS/GOWN NO RESERVESeeing as I have sworn off women for the time being and I ain’t friends with any, it left me holding the bag. I took the liberty of blacking out my face - not to protect the ex-wife but to protect me from my bar buddies and co-workers finding out about it. I would never live it down. Actually I didn’t think my head would fit in the neck hole, but then I figured she got her Texas cheerleader hair through there I could get my head in it. Though, after looking at the pictures, I thought it made me look fat. How do you women wear this crap? I only had to walk 3 feet and I tripped twice. Don’t worry ladies - I am wearing clothes on underneath it. I gotta say it did make me feel very pretty. So if it can make me feel pretty, it can make you feel pretty, especially on the most important day of your life, right? Anyway, I was told to say it has a train and a veil and all kinds of shiny beady things. I think it's funny that one picture makes it look like the chest plate off an Imperial Storm Trooper. Did I mention that all I want is a ball game and beer? Cheap at twice the price. Ladies, you won’t regret this. You may regret the dude you marry but not the dress.

A subscriber to my executive job search newsletter, SalesLadder wrote me with this:
Needs for leaving - request your helpFirst – some of you may get this several times since you are on several of my mailing lists – so I apologize, but I have a very short time to get this out before I leave. Please read and I will explain.
As most of you are aware, I have been struggling with taking care of my family, where I should be focused and should I be getting a job or building up my consulting. Well, after three years, I finally put the decision back to where it belongs- in prayer and God’s leading. As a result, I have an answer to start taking care of my family and doing what I should.
As I have told some of you, over the last month it has been put on the table that I could apply to do work in my military field of explosive ordnance disposal – in other words, clearing the bombs and explosives in the country of Iraq to make it safe for the construction workers to restore the countries homes, buildings, facilities, etc..
Well, I received a call Monday and will be leaving for Iraq somewhere between the 29th of April and the 3rd of May. The only reason I wouldn’t leave is if something in my medical or security (doubtful) background would make it a no.
I would go to Washington D.C. to spend 2 days in processing, another day at the Federal Deployment Center (where contractors get identification cards for working in Iraq) and then leave 1-2 days later, so about 4-7 days in D.C. From there to Kuwait & then on to Iraq.
Here are some items I would like to be able to get before I leave – they would either help me in the job, being able to have communication back here and the ability to make contact with people and places.
So here is the list of items – I will list what I think is ideal, but a lot of you know more about this than I do, so substitution and whatever is provided will be great…
1. Phone
a. Cell Phone – A friend is donating use of a GSM phone – rates, from what I can tell, are $4.99 a minute
b. I am working on getting set up to do a network based virtual phone, but I still do not know what kind of network connectivity I will have to use it
2. Computing – the environment is high heat, sand, dust and who know s what else
a. Laptop – would have to a ruggedized one – don’t even know if I could take it, but would be nice, with wired/wireless networking & Bluetooth
b. PDA – HP iPAQ h4355 Pocket PC (www.hp.com)
i. SD card(s) 256mb
ii. GPS UNIT & software _ SDIO OR Bluetooth interface
iii. Extra battery
iv. Auto adapter kit
v. AC adapter
vi. Ruggedized Case – water and dust proof
http://www.otterbox.com/product.cfm?product=103&code=NA
3. GPS
a. A GPS unit – preferably stand lone
b. Must have down-loadable maps for IRAQ, KUWAIT the region...
c. Power/ charger, extra batteries.4. Power
a. adapters – international
b. Converters
c. Dc-ac converter ( to run AC power off a car/ truck cigarette lighter)5. Camera(s)
a. 4+ Mega pixel digital camera – compact in size
i. Extra battery(ies)
ii. Extra memory
iii. Memory card reader for a computer.6. Cash – some things may be needed that I will not be able to get donated, or know I need until I arrive.
7. Please let me know what you can get, what I should consider, if you can help in any way…
Some of you have other experiences on what might be wise to have – let me know and I will publish that as well.
Blessings,
Michael A. Keller
For now, please send your offers of help to blog@cenedella.com; I'll set up a better email shortly. I will forward your messages on to Michael and we can help him in this dangerous, important task.

The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin
My own
pick for best sales book is a bit offbeat: The Autobiography of Benjamin
Franklin. And I'm not just picking it because he appears on our favorite
denomination, the hundred-dollar bill ! Ben Franklin, in addition to
being a scientist, a diplomat, and an innovator, was first and foremost
a printer and a seller of books and pamphlets, most famously, Poor
Richard's Almanac. He invented the American can-do spirit and was in
many ways the first American. This is a great story of a young guy
taking control of his own future (running away from Boston to seek his
fame in Philadelphia), surviving the tough breaks (stranded, penniless,
for over a year in England by an absent-minded governor) and emerging as
one of the leading lights of his century. I hope you'll enjoy
it.

In honor of women's history month and in memory of Erma Bombeck who lost her fight with cancer. Here is an angel sent to watch over you. Pass this on to five women that you want watched over. If you don't know five women to pass this on to, one will do just fine.
IF I HAD MY LIFE TO LIVE OVER - by Erma Bombeck
(written after she found out she was dying from cancer).
I would have gone to bed when I was sick instead of pretending the earth would go into a holding pattern if I weren't there for the day.
I would have burned the pink candle sculpted like a rose before it melted in storage.
I would have talked less and listened more.
I would have invited friends over to dinner even if the carpet was stained, or the sofa faded.
I would have eaten the popcorn in the 'good' living room and worried much less about the dirt when someone wanted to light a fire in the fireplace.
I would have taken the time to listen to my grandfather ramble about his youth.
I would have shared more of the responsibility carried by my husband.
I would never have insisted the car windows be rolled up on a summer day because my hair had just been teased and sprayed.
I would have sat on the lawn with my grass stains.
I would have cried and laughed less while watching television and more while watching life.
I would never have bought anything just because it was practical, wouldn't show soil, or was guaranteed to last a lifetime.
Instead of wishing away nine months of pregnancy, I'd have cherished every moment and realized that the wonderment growing inside me was the only chance in life to assist God in a miracle.
When my kids kissed me impetuously, I would never have said, "Later. Now go get washed up for dinner." There would have been more "I love you's." More "I'm sorry's."
But mostly, given another shot at life, I would seize every minute...look at it and really see it .. live it .and never give it back. Stop sweating the small stuff.
Don't worry about who doesn't like you, who has more, or who's doing what.
Instead, let's cherish the relationships we have with those who do love us.
Let's think about what God HAS blessed us with. And what we are doing each day to promote ourselves mentally, physically, emotionally. I hope you all have a blessed day.
[It's treacly, and it is probably mis-attributed and all, and you could go find it a hoax on snopes.com or something, but then again, that would mean that you didn't really get the point, huh?]

My wife and I watched the Apprentice every week, and I can offer the
following observations about our favorite race-baiting incompetent,
Omorosa. First, I was off-put by her outward superiority complex--she
installed herself as the czar of appropriate behavior. I thought that
job was reserved for Emily Post. Second, her sissified reaction to
being hit on the head with some sheetrock was outrageous. She was seen
by Trump's doctor, and then she went to the hospital herself. She then
claimed she had a concussion. I was waiting for her to say she had the
head cancer or some other such nonsense. Third, she maintained her
achin' head story until she barged into the Boardroom to get fired.
Trump was right about her--all excuses, no substance.
This brings me to my point. The lying she did cost Kwame the job.
Kwame is obviously smart, competent, and good. Omorosa, who told him
that her job was to make him "shine," almost immediately began lying.
Being a lawyer, the cross-examination of Omorosa would be so much fun
that I probably couldn't contain myself. So you lied to Kwame (at
least twice) over material issues, you lied and exaggerated your
head-bone injury. Now you want us to believe that Ereka, who was on
camera non-stop, called you a racial slur in the hallway? Is that the
same "pot calling the kettle black" that you took be a racial attack?
Christ you are a small, small person.
The woman is pathetic, has no character, and it shows. No wonder Gore
lost--he surrounded himself with people just like him. Can't take
direction, can't ever be wrong, can't admit mistakes, and can't do
anything but tell lies.
Your humble Correspondent from Charlottesville.

A lot of people seemed to think Omarosa must have been a mole or somehow purposely planted to bollix up things:
I was stunned when Oprah permitted Omarosa to take center stage while Heidi and Ereka sat in the audience. Oprah has always been well versed in regards to each of her guests before they appear on stage or in the audience. It appeared that Oprah was not prepared for this controversial trio or had already made up her mind to accept Omarosa's "story" as Gospel. In any event, Omarosa continued to do what she does best is to be the center of attention, regardless of it's positive or negative affect, as ANY attention to Omarosa will due. I saw the entire series and was quite impressed with all the young women and men as well.I was certainly hoping that Omarosa was a mole and that would be her redeeming factor. Instead, she is what she is, and it is apparent in all aspects of her behavior (all of which is on tape). She is an egotistical megalomaniac opportunist with low self-esteem and a HUGE anger problem. Apparently, this was instilled in her at a young age and she CHOSE to use it (to her own demise) on this program to display her "attributes" of being rude, unethical, manipulative, undermining, obnoxious liar, etc. I never knew a person like this could exist except in THEIR own world...unfortunately, it is everyone's world. I don't believe that she knows the difference in what she did and I have no doubt that if she viewed the tapes it would change a thing as she is a legend in her own mind. Omarosa must live with those that condone this behavior. So....GOOD LUCK to MR. OMAROSA you are going to need it as it will be an extremely l-o-n-g life or hell for you. Thanks for the space...

Yoshica writes in with an important point:
I have to agree with J. Jones, Pam Bodley and Linda Jezuit on their comments about Omarosa. Omarosa gives new meaning to the word bitch. It saddens me to see what probably at one time was a strong black woman portray black women in this way. And then to attempt to speak on all of our behalfs and say that black people or women are put on television to be portrayed as angry black women is just stupid. Not all black women are portrayed in a negative light. HELLO...OPRAH WINFREY. I missed that show, but I did hear that Heidi and Ereka got a bum deal b/c Omarosa was on stage with Oprah while they sat in the audience. I've never been a fan of Oprah's, but I'm extremely disappointed in her now b/c from what I did see, she did appear sympathetic to that heifer Omarosa and as if she were taking her side. Let me go on record as saying that ALL BLACK WOMEN DO NOT BEHAVE IN THAT MANNER. It's people like Omarosa that make people of other races afraid of us or think that we're ignorant and always angry or violent. That simply is not true. It just saddens me and breaks my heart that a black woman would get on national television and make a fool out of herself like that and not think that it would effect her or follow her wherever she goes. She had better pray I never run into her in the street b/c I'd beat her ass and I'm not a fighter, but I'd fight her. I can't believe how she set Kwame up to lose and still tried to say that the tapes weren't telling the truth or that it was all his responsibility. You would think that since she obviously wasn't a finalist, that she would want someone of her race to win. Did she not realize that millions of people would see this. I would NEVER hire her. What goes around comes around and she definitely deserves whatever comes her
way. Her husband is either stupid or a very patient, compassionate man to tolerate her. I hope she never works again. The problem is, she's getting exactly what she wants...to be in the spotlight and people everywhere are
talking about whether it's good or bad. I say that after about of good week of getting out our frustrations with her that everyone stop talking about her and let her become a has been.Y. White
That's a good point, Yoshica. And just like all black men are not as calm, collected and sophisticated as Kwame, or all white women are not as together, ambitious, and a little bit bitchy as Amy, and all white guys are not playing dumb-hicks-who-are-secretly-very-clever roles like Troy, I think The Apprentice showed us that in modern America, it IS the content of your character, and the color of your skin that counts.
At least when it comes to nationally televised contests, when people are putatively on their best behavior, anyway.
Still, if I'm Omarosa, I'd be frightened of the Yoshicas out there!
UPDATE:
Stone Reader Val writes in:
Perhaps Omorasa would like to explain how she help our cause as black women in America. Oh yes, she did inspire me...to never get on television in front of the world and show how much of an ass I can be.Unfortunately when it comes to our people, the actions of one person is considered to be representative of all of us. This should not be the case but it often is. Please do not consider Omarosa a spokesperson for black women of America!
When things don't go my way at work, I don't blame "the MAN' or pull the race card. To do so takes away the power of our voice being heard when it really is going on and we need to call attention to the matter.
Omarosa is NOT indicative of what a "strong black woman" is much less any woman. She is a poster child for the "Lying, Backstabbing and Emotionally Disturbed Sisters of America".She is not, nor should she be at all, a role model for any kind of woman anywhere!
As far as a job goes for Omarosa, I suggest she go and seriously seek professional help from a licsened shrink. Then when, and only when she fully recovers from herself, she can write a book about how she overcame...
OMAROSA: THE REAL TRUTH ABOUT MYSELF; My journey from Mega-Physco-Bitch to an actual Strong Black Woman.
-Valerie Davis
That's an important point. It's important not to rely on the crutches that are available to any of us in our work, our lives, our loves. It's not always race the way Omarosa tried to make it seem (though, let's be fair, here, sometimes it is.)

RP says:
Ohhh. Omarosa makes me so mad. She consistently lied, manipulated, and sabotaged others on the show. I am just glad that on the last show, Trump publicly called her a lier. She is so deceptive, I think she believes her own lies!!!! How can anyone act like that on national television? She is a liar. She is malicious. She is a parasitic oportunist. She is someone who is so disgusting that if I saw her on the street, I think I would spit in her face and not even feel bad! Does she even have any friends anymore?Yuck!

Carla Windbush says:
Such a SAD person she is! Females like her makes it hard for women like me, but you know something? Everyone that has seen her in "action" or LACK of action on the Apprentice has seen the REAL Omarosa. She tried to sabatosh Kwame, but I believe it backfired. Who would want to offer her any job? I get sick to my stomach when I hear the word, Omarosa. I only wish that Ereka Vetrini had not addressed Omarosa, period! She's not worth the time! Those who speak the truth, know the truth. Thank you for the opportunity to express "some" of my thoughts about this woman.
More women that hate Omarosa write in:
This so called woman is a disgrace to herself! She really doesn't understand what a name she has made for herself! I would not be surprise if she begins to get hate mail and threats! I'm a black woman myself and have no tolerance for women like this witch (no matter what color she is). The best medicine for a fool like this is to ignore her! She has issues that need attention now! She needs emotional healing. I feel sorry for her poor husband, I know she must give him hell! Omarosa go back to the ghetto! I feel sorry for you! For some reason she believes because she has two degrees she is superior, Wrong!! She should learn how to behave in public and learn how to treat people. What goes around always comes back to you! I should really be outside sunning myself and enjoying the lovely Saturday weekend day. But the volume of anti-Omarosa e-mail has my inbox a-groaning!
First, a dissident voice. Here's Robby Rosko:
Omarosa may not be as big a blight on humanity as we think. Let's concede that yes, she lied, and yes, her deck is full of nothing but race cards. She's cantankerous, manipulative, and was fired from four jobs in the last two years according to the latest news reports. Her double talk loops back around and coils up upon itself, strangling out any morsel of truth there may have been in any statement. She is possibly facing slander charges, and the other night we learned her brother was in jail. But, guess what, we watched her. we're talking about her. she's the most talked about person on The Apprentice besides the venerable Donald Trump himself. She' s obviously serving a purpose in society.Somehow, I think Mrs. Manigault-Stallworth knew The Apprentice was her way to speed a transition into the entertainment arena. Look at the way she fawned over Jessica Simpson, spending an inordinate amount of time on the rehearsal set, dancing, trying on hats, giggling and latching on to Jessica and her entourage, all under the watchful but seemingly skeptical eye of Jessica's husband Nick Lachey. Clearly, Omarosa has show biz on her agenda. Physically, Omarosa is a good looking woman and with what appears to be excellent posture. She's a former beauty pageant winner, Mrs. Washington DC I believe, and she has worked with beauty contestants as a consultant. Beauty pageants are generally stupid, but they are launching pads into other areas of entertainment, and she has walked around a while in that world waiting for her breakout chance- The Apprentice was it. Operating under the assumption that nobody can be that much of a disaster, I believe her diva-like confrontation-generating behavior was planned, staged and rehearsed very carefully.
Wow! That's a fantastic defense of the Hated Queen. But, then, Robby finishes the email with:
Robby Rosko
Doh! So close Omarosa, you were >>this<< close!

Jim Palmer has this to say:
When I first watched "The Apprentice" I quickly became a fan. When I first saw Omarosa I remembered thinking how pretty she was. Now, the words pretty or attractive are the last things that comes to mind. Omarosa is such a terrible person on the inside, that it actually makes her physically UGLY on the outside!!!
this seems to be a trend:
I am no different than any other Apprentice fan, I loved the drama and wanted the best candidate to win. Yet, to see how Kwame lost the position that was so rightfully in his hands, all fingers (and I'm sure many other things) pointed to Omarosa. I'm sorry, she blatantly lied on national TV and has the audacity to sit and speak on behalf of Black women and state that she is an inspiration. I don't know why Kwame picked her either, but I do hope that it was not due to the "looking out for a sista'" syndrome. To make the charges she made against Ereka, just to simply play the race card, it shows how she operates...she is not afraid to bring out the dusty rusty slave chains to get some sort of recognition, which is only given out of the feeble attempt to get her to shut up! Her claim on being so successful and a "survivor" is as about as believable as the near coma she experienced from the paint chip that fell on her head. And, for sakes of being tacky, we all know she didn't even feel it with that thick weave stitched to her head!Thank you for allowing me to vent!

Oh my o my, Stoners. This Omarosa chick has generated more e-mail than anything since the Worst Album Covers Ever or $100K+ Jobs. Read on for more critcisms of the woman:
Omarosa is a lazy, lying untrustworthy excuse for a human being being. I have never seen anyone more self-righteous and condescending towards others as Omarosa. Her dreadful attitude, I am sure, is a result of some deep seated sense of her own inadequacy. Thus she has to belittle others to feel good about herself. About her claim of being call a N***. I believe she is lying. The tapes show that Ereka did not utter those words on camera. She has no evidence to substantiate her claim so she should give it a rest. If she has anything to complain about on the show it should have been Katrina. Why isn't she ranting and raving about Katrina's "assault/battery" on her person. Katrina called her a bitch, told her to shut up, and shook her arm. Now that's inappropriate contact especially when you are in a heated argument like Katrina and Omarosa were. I certainly wouldn't be touching anyone in a volatile situation like that. But Omarosa is not about making legitimate complaints; she is a psycho diva committed to endless drama. She couldn't tell the truth if it knocked her over the head. But then she will claim a concussion. I believe that woman, Omarosa is trully disturbed. Her friends and family should get her some much needed help before she completely flips out.Velma Marriote
and
Osama... I mean, OmarosaAfter watching her lie AGAIN tonight, it disgusts me how much Kwame let this woman get away with. Lying, coniving, nasty, backstabbing, self-righteous (sp?) bitch needs to be put in her place by the American public who are fans of the show. No one should hire her, and more so, should laugh in her face... her 15 minutes of fame were up about 14 minutes ago! I hope Ereka sues her ass for everything, and she gets drug into the public eye to see the horrible person she is. And if nothing else, props to Ereka for continually taking the high road in the situation.

Well, Stoners, what do you think? Is Omarosa really as bad as Osama, or is Kim just a little bit over the line there?

Dick Staub has the dirt:
At her last [job], "she was asked to leave as quickly as possible, she was so disruptive," says Cheryl Shavers, the former Under Secretary for Technology at the Commerce Department, where Omarosa worked several weeks in 2000. "One woman wanted to slug her."

I am so happy to see some feedback on her. She is a back-stabbing, manipulative, lying, arrogant, self-righteous, ridiculous BITCH!!! And this email is from a Black woman who's not an idiot and doesn't play the race card. I love the show. Omarosa is not being type cast. I was seething with rage when I saw her on Oprah spewing lies. She is a drama queen, diva-psycho-lunatic. I was so mad and even more so because at times it seemed like Oprah was sympathetic to her suppossedly being called the "N" word, and I just thought to myself "Oprah probably doesn't have time to watch the show and see Omarosa's character". If you notice she said she'd "forgiven" her cast mates on Oprah and that she was cast in a stereo typical light, but everytime Ereka tried to defend herself or Heidi tried to talk, Omarosa cut them off. She is a horrible horrible person and I was glad that she got trapped in her own lies the next night on The Apprentice when she lied to Kwa me and the whole group on camera. She's a liar and I think she purposely tried to sabotage the show in last weeks episode to continue to make a name for herself. Don't hire her, don't befriend her and America know that another Black woman thinks she's a lying wench.J.Jones
Is she the most hated nobody of the year?

Wow, the reader feedback on Omarosa has been brutal:
Omarosa is a disgrace to all black women and certainly to herself! For someone who is supposedly so strong and competent, she is the only one who bawled and busted in on Trump and his associates uninvited and ended up being dissed! Then after she composed herself after getting the boot, she gets on her soap box and sqwarks some incoherent, nonsensical psycho babble that made her appear even stupider. I knew when she made a big deal about that little piece of plaster falling on her head that she was trying to build an injury case against Trump because some ambulance chaser probably saw that episode and advised her on a get-rich-quick-scheme to sue Trump that didn't fly. She also pulls the race card out EVERY CHANCE SHE GETS.Omarosa is a money hungry, manipulative social climbing opportunist who is an obnoxious, phony, ass kissing backstabber and any employer who actually pursues her for employment is absolutely crazy. She has proven to the world that she is not only incompetent, but is also a pathological liar and Ereka should sue HER for libel and defamation, so Omarosa can see what it feels like to be on the defendant's side of the litigation table!
Pam Bodley
and more:
I saw her on Oprah's show yesterday. She is a fake. I also saw her on the Apprentice last night. She is a fake and a liar. She claims that the media portrays black women unfairly. She has to face who she is: unethical, rude, and untrustworthy. She could be white, indian, asian, etc., and it would not move me to appreciate those unattractive traits that she seems to wear proudly.Linda Jezuit

Why, she really is a vile little alligator, isn't she?
Here's today Omarosa round-up:
Here's the official NBC.com > The Apprentice >Weekly Recap of last night's mega-episode!
FOXNews.com reports on the face-off:
"I'm here to tell you that Omarosa is lying and I can prove that she's lying," a visibly upset Vetrini said on yesterday's "The View." (search)Vetrini was hurriedly booked on "The View" after Omarosa told Star Jones (search) on Wednesday's show that one of her female competitors leveled the "N" bomb at her - but that it was edited out.
Omarosa didn't name Vetrini, but it was implied, based on their verbal sparring on the show.
"That word doesn't exist in my vocabulary," Vetrini said. "You have to walk through this logic. It's reality TV, and we're on camera and audio 24/7 . . . If me or any other contestant said something that vulgar or disgusting . . . it would be on TV. It's damn good TV.
Here is a great forum at Television Without Pity on the Omarosa nutcase:
During tonight's airing, my local news station (Rochester, NY) ran a tease about the fact that one "Apprentice wannabee" knows about being fired, or has a history of being fired, or something like that. Well, I taped most of the story. I admit that I missed the first several seconds, but what comes next is the result of my diligent rewinding and replaying of my tape of the nightly news."...[R]eporting more about her job at the White House and says she was let go from four jobs in two years with the Clinton administration. One official told the magazine she was asked to leave her last job as quickly as possible because she was so disruptive. Donald Trump, of course, fired her weeks ago. The live finale of The Apprentice is one week from tonight, on news 10 NBC."
"Good show tonight, too", added the white guy.
Yes, it sure was!
...Did I happen to mention that the anchor for my local news station is an actual strong Black woman? She's been on my TV forever and I trust her. She's great. Let's give it up for Janet!
Send you Omarosa tips and rants to: blog@cenedella.com and I'll post them here!

like zeyad are almost certainly moving U.S. public opinion with their fascinating on-the-ground local perspective:
I found it particularly interesting that while Al-Jazeera displayed most of the tape, it did not display the part where the masked men held knives to the neck of the wailing Japanese woman while screaming "Allahu Akbar!". What? too hard for Arab feelings?......Anyway, hundreds of thousands of Iraqi Shi'ites have already started marching to Karbala on foot. Under the present circumstances and with the absence of IP and security forces in the city, I fail to see how a major terrorist attack is going to be prevented this time, another large scale attack against the Shi'ite pilgrims will probably inflame the already deteriorating situation even further.
If the first Iraq war launched CNN, this one has launched blogs as a medium to rely upon.

Republicans should be mobilizing the mouth against Killer Kerry:
"I notice President Bush is taking some days off down at Crawford, Texas, and I'm told that when he takes days off, you know, he totally relaxes," Kerry said. "He doesn't watch television, he doesn't read the newspapers, he doesn't make long-term plans, doesn't worry about the economy. I thought about that for a moment. I said, 'Sounds to me like it's just like life in Washington, doesn't it?"'
He is an effective electioneer, even if his Senate record is 2 decades of dishwater.

Everybody hates this chick:
over what she claims was unfair treatment by her reality-show rival Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth.
New Yorker Ereka Vetrini, 27, is also steamed at Oprah Winfrey. On Tuesday, the talk queen invited Vetrini, Omarosa, big boss Donald Trump and various "Apprentice" alums for a taping that airs today. But Vetrini says she wasn't given equal time to defend herself against Omarosa's claim that Vetrini once used "the N word" to describe her.
Vetrini, who denies uttering the slur, is now exploring a slander action against Omarosa.
"That was unfair," she told us. "I love Oprah, but I was disappointed about the way this show was produced. [Racism] is a very serious subject for me."
Winfrey raised the topic with Omarosa and Trump onstage while Vetrini was in the audience, "fighting to speak," she says.
A spokeswoman for Winfrey's show said, "Oprah asked her, 'Did you call her the N word?' and Ereka had the chance to reply." Vetrini has told pals Oprah "cut off" her response.
Omarosa first made her accusation on "The View." Vetrini told us Omarosa later admitted she had never heard her use the N word. According to Vetrini, "She's making it up because she wants to write a book on the subject. She wants%
