Pappy’s Smokehouse in St. Louis

I spoke at the 51st Annual NABE (National Association of Business Economists) meeting in St. Louis this weekend. On Saturday afternoon, I dug into a plate of ribs at Pappy’s Smokehouse:

Easily the best ribs I’ve had in my life. They’re described as dry-rubbed, slow-aged, apple and cedar-smoked and they forgot “delicious.”
