It’s nice to be loved

One of the great things about being part of the Human Resources profession, and staffing in particular, is the great positive change you can make in people’s lives.
Here’s an e-mail from a TheLadders.com subscriber this morning:

Thank you, thank you, thank you for my first UPLADDER newsletter, which I
read this morning. You provided me with a boost I needed to get my week of
job searching started. I liked the tips on networking….yes, of course, I
have heard and read them all before, but the reminder was exactly what I
needed to jump-start my attitude this morning. Hopefully, I will now “go
