Illustrated and presented to Brand Management and Sales team for all the new seasonal trends—colors stories; silhouettes/fit; fabrications

Designed, and developed 1st technical spec pack- sample measurements, detailed drawings and call outs. Worked side-by-side with pattern makers,

sourcing and band teams to ensure achievability for a great first prototypes and hit calendar time lines. Which also included detailing out 1st bom’s -

materials, trims details, logos and hang tags to meet our pricing and our high quality standards and great functional fit.

Attended fittings with the Designers, Technical Design and Brand teams to ensure design details were executed. Also to assure fits, size specifications

and quality were meant. The key was to make sure everything was very clearly communicated to our country managers and factories with any changes

or approvals.

Fabric Developer

Traveled internationally to mills, factories, trend and fabric shows throughout Europe, Asia, South America, and the U.S.

Searching for performance fabrications with special features, environmental credentials, and functional abilities—highest levels of waterproof MM,

breathe ability MVT, stretch ability, UV protection, moisture wicking for cold and hot climates. And construction- welding, laser cut, and seam sealing

with performance features. Paired with sophisticated textures patterns-YD stripes, sublimation prints, and body mapping.

Researched factories internationally with my sourcing teams to assure the highest quality standards were met, including reviewing factory inspections

for social compliance and garment quality audits.
