I wondered if you have you looked deeper into the stats behind
these hires?

I’m particularly interested to learn more about the people who
were hired for these positions.

Were they already employed and moved from a current employer to
their new job, or had they been out of work for a period of time?

What is the age range of the people hired for these
positions?  Any over 50?

·        
Were the people who were hired from the same line of work or
were they able to convert experience from another industry?

The reason I ask is because I’m encountering these types of
challenges in my job search.

I think there might be a business opportunity to work with
companies and job seekers to bridge some of these gaps.
